Cause exists to connect individual artisans, service providers, and businesses to their prospects and customers in Ghana and beyond. Our mission is to redefine and promote the technical artisanal industry while creating numerous blue-collar job opportunities.
The Challenge
The primary challenge was to design a platform that seamlessly connects artisans, service providers, and customers while ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience. The platform needed to cater to diverse user needs and scale effectively as the user base grows.
Approach
As the UI/UX designer, I conducted extensive user research to understand the pain points of artisans and customers. I collaborated closely with stakeholders to define the platform's goals and created user-centric designs that prioritize accessibility, usability, and visual appeal.
